A book and documentary are in the works, capturing the voices of women who spent time at The Holy Highway Christian Girls Home from the 1980's to mid- 2000s. This project invites those women to share their stories in their own words, providing a platform for thom to leave their history behind.
From surviving together as teenage girls in a group home… to becoming women determined to finally tell our story. ❤️
Members of The Baddest Collective alongside the Holy Highway girls will be joining the radio to speak about our journey, healing, sisterhood, and the movement we created together. What began in survival turned into purpose, advocacy, and community impact.
During the interview, we’ll be sharing more about:
📖 The book we began writing together
🎥 The documentary currently being filmed
🖤 The organization we created — The Baddest Collective
✨ The community event we hosted in September 2025 focused on awareness, healing, and support for our people
We also want to give special call outs to the women from Holy Highway — every woman who shared those years, those memories, those struggles, and those bonds with us. No matter where life has taken us, this story belongs to all of us. ❤️
We were honored to stand alongside and collaborate with:
✨ For the One
✨ First Nations
✨ MMIWR
✨ Sahnish Scouts
✨ New Mexico Dream Center
This is more than a radio interview.
This is reclaiming our voices and telling our story in our own words. 📻🔥

The Baddest Collective is proud to share the success of our recent community event. Our team had the opportunity to speak about our mission—uplifting voices, supporting survivors, and strengthening our community through action.
Thanks to the generosity and support of those who attended, we successfully raised funds that went directly toward providing food and essential items for a family in need.
Moments like these remind us why we do this work: to turn compassion into tangible change. We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed, shared our message, and continues to stand with us in our mission.
Together, we are building a stronger, more caring community—one act of kindness at a time.

Every voice counts. Every life matters. 💜
"Temporarily silenced, while we felt misunderstood. This is our truth, this is our voice. "

“Please know, this book is so that you, I, WE are heard. So others can hear our story. So many have passed away since we all were at THH. So many different things happened before and after your generation. Please, help me tell OUR story. Whether your time was great, or not so great. Your word is important and I want to give you that option to participate.”
